Net Neutrality is the bases of all companies that run the internet or are involved in it. It protects smaller companies from being subject to paying larger companies for the use of their web browser. The Idea to take the neutrality away was thought of by Ajit Pie is meant to make it so companies can control other data on the internet like Facebook or Snapchat. The eared outcome would be that if you had say, Verizon, as a phone provider other companies could charge you for Facebook because they own it while Verizon owns Snapchat. Commissioner Pie presented the idea on December 14th, 2017 to repeal the Obama administrations Open Internet Order.

It appeals to the weather people of the world because they could buy into and make millions. However on the downside, entrepreneurs who want to start a new business would face a lot of difficulty to make any money off a website because they would have to be paying a company to let them use that domain.  Information from MSNBC and Wikipedia

States like California and New York are trying to pass their own Net Neutrality laws to keep the peace. The world is in a battle with its self one whether the repeal was a positive or negative implication.
